Challenge
Aurasell AI is an AI integrated CRM platform company based in San Mateo, CA. They planned on integrating the Sigma platform into their CRM product for both canned reporting available to clients as well as for operational use in their product. Because the platform was new and the product was being built, Aurasell needed the help of experts to help develop Sigma reports to present to clients, build Sigma Data/AI Apps to integrate into their core product, as well as design a robust deployment strategy.
Solution
Maverick Data partnered with Aurasell AI to move beyond their initial “copy-per-tenant” deployment approach and design a model that could truly scale. We built solutions across four fronts: additional sales/marketing analytics, performance enhancements to keep key dashboards fast at scale, a territory mapping AI App that plugs directly into their CRM experience, and a robust deployment strategy. At the core, we designed a single, parameterized multi-tenant data model that safely and securely serves all embedded clients.
Result
Aurasell AI shifted from an unsustainable, copy-per-tenant setup to a scalable Sigma foundation anchored by a single, parameterized multi-tenant data model that safely and securely serves all embedded clients. Key dashboards perform reliably at scale, and the territory mapping AI App gives them a differentiated in-product experience. With the new deployment strategy, onboarding tenants and rolling out new features is now a “build once, deploy many” motion instead of ad hoc cloning—cutting maintenance overhead, reducing risk of cross-tenant data exposure, and accelerating how quickly Aurasell can ship new analytics capabilities as the platform grows.
