Maverick Data designed and built a membership forecasting Data App in Sigma that allows their customers in the fitness vertical to manage budget & membership forecasts across over 200 clubs with multi-level hierarchical adjustments at the corporate, regional, and individual club levels. Named forecast versioning lets users save, reload, and compare scenarios without materializing computed values.

Result

SolutionSet replaced a fragmented, spreadsheet and python-driven forecasting process with a single Sigma Data App that their clients use to manage membership budgets across all entities. Regional and corporate leadership can now apply top-down adjustments that automatically cascade to individual locations, while location managers retain the ability to fine-tune at the entity level. The app reduced the monthly forecasting cycle from days of manual consolidation to a streamlined, self-service workflow—giving decision-makers faster access to accurate projections.
